What does Chuck It sell?
Any SECOND HAND electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, cameras and speakers. TESTED AND VERIFIED FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.
How does the Chuck It process work?
You register an account on Chuck It’s website
You follow the online prompts to upload information on your product
Our Chuck It representative arranges a time and date to visit you and verify the condition of your product. If satisfied, the representative will seal the product in a tamperproof box at your address. (Product does not leave your premises.)
This will kick-start the advertisement for the sale of your product on Chuck It’s marketplace
As soon as we have a buyer, collection will be arranged through Collivery Couriers. Terms and conditions apply.
We then send off the item to its new owner and you promptly receive your money online. Real-time bank EFT with notification - may reflect after 24 Hours only.
How do I register on the platform?

If you are a buyer, choose your product, make your payment
- If you are a seller, once approved, load your product, choose the marketing package, make payment.
- Seller: Once the product is approved, the marketing package paid, the product will be available to the market.
When I sell a product, how will I be paid?
Chuck It will contact you to arrange a collection date for the product. Our courier will check if the product is still in its sealed box. If verified, you will receive real-time payment BEFORE the product is collected for delivery to the buyer. Please note, although you will receive a payment notification, it may only reflect after 24 hours depending on your bank.
Can I list and sell as many products as I want to?
Yes. Once you’ve registered an account, you can list as many products as you like. Each product is listed and marketed separately, as different buyers might buy from you.
Each product is dealt with on a “per transaction” basis. You manage your own store.
What happens if my product arrives and I don’t like it?
Chuck It does not exchange or refund products. We take the utmost care in our verification process to ensure you receive your goods in a working condition.
What happens if my product is faulty?
Chuck It takes pride in conducting the physical verifications. If a product is in a good condition and working order, we boxed and sealed it with tamper proof tape at the seller’s home. When sold online, our courier will check the box to ensure that the seal is intact. If it is, they will deliver. If it isn’t, the courier will leave the product with the seller and a Chuck It consultant will get in touch with the buyer. for a payment refund.
Although best efforts and measures are followed every step of the process, second-hand electronic goods could still break or become faulty.
Unfortunately, this is not within Chuck It’s control.
